The documentary cycle of the SPAS TV channel "Holy Warriors" about the life, military prowess and posthumous miracles of famous canonized soldiers. Each of the 18 episodes answers the question why the defense of the Fatherland and the Orthodox faith turned out to be more valuable than own life.

We find out why these particular soldiers were canonized in the Russian Orthodox Church. We show real human stories that happened through prayers to these saints.

The UMG crew and Egor Pazenko filmed in holy places of Russia and abroad. These are ancient temples, places of military glory and martyrdom of holy warriors, and other significant places for believers.

The films are supplemented with interviews of priests and chaplains of the Russian Orthodox Church, references from historians and the military experts, stories of Orthodox believers from all over the world.
